Copyright & Terms of Use

Can I sew Indygo Junction designs and sell the resulting products at a craft show or fair?
Because we love to help you be creative, we do allow you to give away projects or crafts you have created for personal reasons. If you plan on profiting from the crafts or projects using our designs or use our designs for business printed materials, we do require registration prior to using our designs in a commercial way. Please click here to download our Resale Request form, which you may mail or fax back to us. A seperate request form must be filled out for each pattern you wish to make and sell.

Once we approve your request, we ask that each item you sell be marked with either a sewn or hanging tag stating that the design is by Indygo Junction. Click here to download free artwork for your tags.
